Enjoying Smart Working in Spring & Summer

In this online workshop we use SlowLife Yoga and SlowLife Coaching to discover techniques for staying well while smart working. No experience of yoga or meditation is needed – the only requirement is that you put aside these two hours completely for you!
Our time together is structured in two parts:
• in the first hour you’ll enjoy a session of meditative SlowLife Yoga where I guide you in slow and gentle movements to calm the mind, release tension and induce deep relaxation.
• from this calm and quiet state, we begin the second hour, a session of SlowLife Coaching exploring specific slowness based techniques to support your wellness and productivity at work.
During our workshop you’ll learn how to:
• enjoy small (guilt free) moments of slowness that leave you refreshed and recharged
• release physical tension
• maintain your optimum posture
• improve your mood
• enjoy nutrition for energy (rather than comfort!)
• feel less stressed about the daily deadlines
This is just the start of building your personal toolkit of slowness techniques that, with ongoing practise, will support you in:
• having more energy
• being more productive
• feeling more relaxed
• sleeping more deeply
• enjoying your smart working lifestyle!
