The principles of slowness have so much to offer the hybrid working lifestyle – they can help us stay well, be productive and enjoy our connection with others. As many of us transition from working 100% remotely to a new mix of remote working and working in the office alongside our colleagues, it’s important to find a healthy balance between our personal and work life.
In this workshop we use the SlowLife method to discover techniques for:
– finding hybrid work life balance
– taking breaks without feeling guilty
– overcoming procrastination
– being productive
– managing emotion in the face of deadlines
– releasing mental and physical tension within the working day.

Our time together is structured in two parts:
• in the first hour you’ll enjoy a session of meditative SlowLife Yoga where I guide you in slow and gentle movements to calm the mind, release tension and induce deep relaxation.
• from this calm, quiet state we begin the second part, where I guide you in exploring your deepest needs and from there discover concrete and effective solutions to meet them.
This online workshop will be held in English via Zoom and can be tailored to the needs of corporate groups, for any number of participants.
